Well the bottom shot on the first one is a definite. I bonded with that shot as soon as I looked at it. Keep an eye out for it in the future!

I actually asked her permission before I even made the piece. She loved it and hopes I do more! How cool is that? ;)

Here is a poem, inspired of this work. Thank you, Nicole.

It is called "Courtesan".

Liberate yourself and fly to points of light, hung in a sky
of indigo and blackest dust, that begs a silence of our trust
that we may lay in tempted fall, behind the battlemented wall
where we may share a secret sin. What leaves with us we hide within.

For there are none who know for sure, what slip'd dreams we must endure,
to dare to bear more than mere skin, beneath our membranes, thin
with sorrow, unexplored, our laughs we hide behind the sullen wrath
that we cannot let slip by day. And moments like this fade away.

Where you have offered up the pain, that I may feel alive, again,
where epic falls adorn my crest, and fate from my hands yet shall wrest
illusions of a destiny or choices I had made for me, in voices
I cannot repent. And thus your touch is heaven-sent.

Lol, well I don't consider it a doll since you can't pose it, dress it or play with it. Figurative sculpture is more like it. Glad you like it! ;)
