New piece for the week of 10/20/09. One of a kind polymer sculpture.

Something fun, an idea I had in my head for a while. A request from a friend made her come to life. Hope you enjoy.

***On this photo in particular, her hand looks out of proportion. It is an optical illusion caused by the angle. Please don't tell me I messed up. I'm sure I'll still get comments on this since many people never bother to read artist comments. ***

Devil Or Angel 1 by *wingdthing is wonderfully intuitive in its creation, the subtlety applied to the sculpture to fit the title. Little details such as the slipped halo, literally being held in place by one tiny black horn, as well as the cheeky mischievous pose really work well in making the view ask themselves whether she is really angelic or whether she comes with a darker side.
